The Ficer FSFP-C8-S35-20D is a small form-factor pluggable (SFP) transceiver that can transmit data in both directions via single-mode fiber optic lines. It adheres to a number of standards, including IEEE802.3ah 1000BASE-BX10-U, Fiber Channel 100-SM-LC-L, and INF-8074i SFP MSA. It is hot pluggable, which means it may be introduced or withdrawn without disrupting the network. To broadcast and receive optical communications, it employs a 1310nm FP laser transmitter, a 1550nm receiver, and a simplex LC connection.
